I’m seeing improvements I wasn’t expecting

I started drinking this out of curiosity. Benefits coming out of nowhere- mood, skin, blood flow. I like that this doesn’t have added vitamins, best formula I could find. Thank you for the unflavored sample. It’s better and I’ll be ordering it next time.

I've been drinking LMNT since the beginning but have now changed to Dense nutrition due to their quality range of products. Their electrolytes taste great. I would say they taste more like natural lemons and less artificial than LMNT actually. From a hydration standpoint they feel the same so far.
